Memberships Frequent Asked Questions

Do all memberships have access to the same files?
Yes, the only difference is their duration.

Once I become a member, are there any extra charges?
Not at all. There are no extra hidden charges.

Do members have to pay per download?
No. We are not a "Pay Per Download" service. Members download and burn as much as they want, at anytime and from anywhere.

Will I be billed again?
No you won't. We are not a subscription service. Fees are paid only once, and in case you purchase a membership with an expiration date, you will need to purchase another membership once the membership's time ends.

What Internet connection is suggested?
Broadband Internet connections are suggested. However, slower connections will enjoy higher than expected download ratios as well.

How long does it take to download a full movie or a song?
An average sized movie should download in about 2 hours on broadband and a song in less than two or three minutes.
